How Does This Work And What’s Included?

Let’s keep it simple….

  1. You pay for this service.

  2. Once the payment is received, I’ll contact you via email to help set context around what you are looking for. These include questions around what Scrum Event will be reviewed, what’s your current accountability in this event, and what’s the main problem you’d like me to keep an eye on for you.

  3. You facilitate the Scrum Event and record it.

  4. You send me the recording of the Scrum Event (and make sure I have that context I asked for above!).

  5. I’ll review the recorded Scrum Event and make recommendations and suggestions for improvement based on your submitted context.

  6. You can implement the suggestions for improvement. Yep… that could be hard / difficult but that’s one of the reasons you are paying me for the “outsiders view.”

What’s NOT included?

As you can see, this is pretty asynchronous. On purpose. This allows me to stay very neutral and make recommendations for improvement.

I do not attend “live” (online or in-person) events using this service.
