Here’s the thing.
The work you and I will do — either individually, with your team, or within your enterprise — basically comes down to two people in direct communication together.
That means it’s you and me (or someone you want to designate and me). See a common denominator? It’s me.
However, the work we do together is all about you.
My job is to ultimately make YOU (and your team and organization) look like a superhero.
The way we get there together looks different for every client I work with. Because you, your team, and organization are different than anyone else I’ve worked with.
Sometimes it’s “consulting”, other times “training”, and most of the time it is a customized combination of both consulting and training.
I’ve learned that I DO NOT enjoy doing business in a “transactional” manner (one-and-done) and am constantly reminded — over the past 30+ years of my professional career — that relationships matter.
So. Let’s start with me and you (or me and you and your boss / leaders / whatever works for you).
