Unlike other consultants, my consulting service offerings and my current rate sheet is available for your review (keep scrolling — it’s here!) before we even have an initial conversation.

Yep. Let’s get the [possibly] “uncomfortable” part of the conversation — about money — off the table and talk about your needs.

Working with me is really about focusing on your ROI (Return On Investment) with you, your team, and organization. Yeah, it’s not cheap. But. Do the math and see how expensive things are today by continuing to do what you’ve always done. I can help you with that calculation if needed (let’s talk).

On-Site Consulting (Worldwide)
$5,500 per day (plus travel), 3 day minimum [ Contact Michael Vizdos ]

You get me onsite working face-to-face with you, your team, and organization.

Remote Monthly Retainer
$5,500 / Month [ Purchase Now ]

This includes the “Remote Async Subscription” (read more below) AND…

You get up to 10 hours of my time per month (in one hour increments). Online and virtual only (unless you are in the Richmond, Virginia area).

You receive an exclusive link to coordinate time together. We can use this time as it seems right for you, your team, and organization.

I need one point of contact so we can decide which person or team in your organization get’s the highest ROI (Return On Investment) for this investment.

Time does not accrue.

Remote Monthly Retainer - Lite Version
$2,750 / Month [ Subscribe Now ]

This includes the same benefits of my “Remote Monthly Retainer” (described above) except instead of 10 hours per month, you receive up to 5 hours per month.

This is a great way to get started with me working with you, your team, and organization using a combination of both synchronous and async time together.

Remote Async Subscription - Slack / Microsoft Teams / Google Spaces
$1,000 / Month [ Subscribe Now ]

Add me to your online internal workspace (slack, teams, google, or ??).

It’s the most affordable way for me to engage — on a regular basis — with your team or organization using your current internal tools. One channel only please.

One Hour Consulting Session (Remote via Zoom)
$500 [ Purchase Now ]

Sometimes you need someone from “outside” of your organization to brainstorm new ideas or get some advice on how to work through a solution for a current problem.

We can schedule time on Zoom (or whatever works for you) and make it happen.

Scrum Event “Tune-Up”
$250 [ Purchase Now ]

Allow me to review one of your current Scrum Events. You record it. Send it to me. I make recommendations and suggest some tweaks for improvement. Simple.
